Au temps des diligences, nos a\u00efeux devaient, de m\u00eame,\u00a0se renseigner sur les routes, les villes \u00e0 visiter, les villages, les points de vue int\u00e9ressants, et sur les relais de poste.<br \/><\/em><img decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ekladata.com\/soHP4VFxW51Meq-yaxRkrjTIm2Y%40500x316.jpg?w=1290\" alt=\"La diligence de Paris \u00e0 Calais en 1776\" \/><\/p><p>Elle part de Paris la nuit du lundi au mardi et la nuit du jeudi au vendredi, \u00e0 minuit. Celle-ci \u00ab va coucher \u00e0\u00a0Amiens et d\u00eener le lendemain \u00e0 Abbeville \u00bb. Le samedi coucher \u00e0 Montreuil. Arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Calais le dimanche sur les dix\u00a0\u00e0 onze heures du matin. Chaque place co\u00fbte 53 livres 12 sols, et dans le cabriolet 31 livres 10 sols. Le droit des\u00a0paquets est de 3 sols 6 deniers par livre. Le guide indique les horaires aller et retour, mais les relais ne sont pas\u00a0mentionn\u00e9s.<br \/>Suit en 70 pages la \u00ab description historique et topographique de la route de Paris \u00e0 Calais \u00bb.<br \/>Voici par exemple ce que peut voir le voyageur, aux environs de Nampont :<br \/>&#8230; \u00ab Un peu avant d\u2019\u00eatre au moulin de Nampont, il y a la ferme du M\u00e9nage, et \u00e0 gauche le chemin de Fresne,\u00a0hameau et ch\u00e2teau ; Pont \u00e0 Collines est \u00e0 une demie-lieue plus loin. Suivez un peu avant d\u2019\u00eatre au moulin de\u00a0Nampont, remarquez aussi \u00e0 une demie lieue \u00e0 gauche les arbres du ch\u00e2teau de Fresne. Etant vis-\u00e0-vis le moulin,<br \/>examinez Nampont-Saint-Martin dans le bas, devant vous, et de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la rivi\u00e8re, Nampont-Saint-Firmin \u00e0 la droite, et vis-\u00e0-vis le moulin, voyez le village de Montigny et plus loin celui de Roussent, de\u00a0l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la rivi\u00e8re d\u2019Authie, en la remontant : l\u2019on aper\u00e7oit le village et le prieur\u00e9 de Maintenay \u00e0 une lieue et\u00a0demie. Valloires, prieur\u00e9 est aupr\u00e8s ; derri\u00e8re le bois, \u00e0 la gauche de Nampont-Saint-Firmin, remarquez Noyelles,\u00a0et dans une gorge, un peu au-dessus, le village de Tigny dans les arbres. Le clocher que l\u2019on voit en ligne directe sur\u00a0Fresne est celui de Quend (&#8230;)<br \/>Entrez dans Nampont-Saint-Martin. Arrivez vis-\u00e0-vis de la porte qui fait face \u00e0 la route, tournez \u00e0 droite et \u00e0 gauche en c\u00f4toyant la maison de la poste, l\u2019\u00e9glise de cet endroit est \u00e0 droite, elle est succursale de Montigny. (&#8230;)<br \/>Tournez \u00e0 gauche et \u00e0 droite ; passez sur un petit pont construit sur un ruisseau qui vient de Montigny ; examinez de beaux saules qui bordent la route et de belles prairies \u00e0 droite et \u00e0 gauche ; l\u2019on exploite des tourbes dans tous ces\u00a0environs. (&#8230;) la rivi\u00e8re d\u2019Authie vient de Doullens. Passez sur le pont qui s\u00e9pare les deux villages ; le flux de la\u00a0mer se fait sentir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cet endroit&#8230; \u00bb et la route continue jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Longpr\u00e9 les Corps Saints a connu un essor consid\u00e9rable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du chemin de fer, le commerce qui \u00e9tait auparavant restreint \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion proche a pu s&rsquo;ouvrir d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re nationale voire internationale.<br \/>Le d\u00e9veloppement du tourisme qui bien que r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 une certaine couche de la population s&rsquo;est quant \u00e0 lui<br \/>ouvert que bien plus tard, ce mode de transport \u00e9tait surtout utilis\u00e9 pour les d\u00e9placements professionnels<br \/>(d\u00e9marcheurs, marchands ambulants, marchandises industrielles).<br \/>L&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du chemin de fer \u00e0 Longpr\u00e9 \u00e0 sans doute \u00e9t\u00e9 un grand moment dans la vie de la communaut\u00e9, et je peux dire sans me tromper que son int\u00e9r\u00eat dans la vie de tous les jours ne s&rsquo;est peut \u00eatre pas fait sentir dans les mois ou les ann\u00e9es qui ont suivi mais que ind\u00e9niablement il a aid\u00e9s \u00e0 faire de Longpr\u00e9 une ville commer\u00e7ante.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section vaches, ce nom provient du fait que les troupeaux de vaches allaient pa\u00eetre dans les pr\u00e9s et passaient par cette rue, elle est devenue ensuite rue de l&rsquo;ancienne gare, puis rue des<br \/>P\u00e2tissiers. avec des entrepreneurs locaux qui ont montr\u00e9 leurs capacit\u00e9s dans la construction du chemin de fer<br \/>du Nord ; il est pr\u00e9vu une possible livraison au service dans un an de la Amiens-Boulogne \u00bb n\u2019avait pas, malgr\u00e9 ses comp\u00e9tences, la possibilit\u00e9 de rivaliser avec la puissante Compagnie du Nord qui, en d\u00e9pit d\u2019un trajet plus long, offrait, aux passagers Anglais pour Paris, des tarifs plus avantageux et un temps de parcours moindre. La fusion devenait in\u00e9vitable; elle eut lieu le 19 f\u00e9vrier 1852.<br \/>L\u2019espoir de construction de la ligne Boulogne-Calais renaissait mais la Compagnie du Nord h\u00e9sitait \u00e0 r\u00e9clamer la concession d\u2019une ligne qui pr\u00e9sentait un trac\u00e9 aussi difficile et sur laquelle la population \u00e9tait peu nombreuse.<br \/>Sur l\u2019insistance du \u00ab General Post Office \u00bb britannique, qui mena\u00e7ait de ne plus transporter la fameuse \u00ab Malle des Indes \u00bb par Calais si un trajet plus court n\u2019\u00e9tait pas trouv\u00e9, une d\u00e9marche officielle fut effectu\u00e9e en 1856.<br \/><strong>La concession de la ligne Boulogne-Calais fut accord\u00e9e, \u00e0 la Compagnie du Nord, le 26 juin 1857.<br \/><\/strong>Il fallut attendre encore deux ans, et l\u2019intervention des fr\u00e8res Pinart de Marquise qui d\u00e9siraient relier leurs usines \u00e0 la voie ferr\u00e9e, pour que la Compagnie se d\u00e9cide \u00e0 \u00e9tudier des projets de trac\u00e9. De\u00a0nombreux\u00a0projets virent le jour. Par exemple, les \u00e9lus de Gu\u00eenes, conscients de l\u2019importance du rail dans le d\u00e9veloppement des villes, d\u00e9fendaient plusieurs projets qui leur donnaient une station. (Malle-des-Indes, Bombay-Express, Fl\u00e8che-d\u2019Or, Calais-M\u00e9dit\u00e9rran\u00e9e-Express), l\u2019ou\u00adverture du lien fixe transmanche en mai 1994 a mis un terme aux circulations internationales assur\u00e9es par TGV et report\u00e9es par la LGV Nord Europe via Lille.<br \/>Depuis le tron\u00e7on septentrional Amiens\u00a0\u2013 Calais (164\u202fkm) souvent d\u00e9sign\u00e9 ligne de la C\u00f4te faisant l\u2019objet d\u2019un raccourci historique sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de son exploitation au fil du temps, a \u00e9t\u00e9 quelque peu d\u00e9laiss\u00e9, n\u2019\u00e9tant plus parcouru que par quelques express reclass\u00e9s IC puis des TER Hauts-de-France, limit\u00e9s au trajet Paris\u00a0\u2013 Boulogne (254\u202fkm). Au service 2019, cinq fr\u00e9quences \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vues les jours ouvrables de base et les samedis (quatre les dimanches et f\u00eates) avec des temps de parcours oscillant entre 2\u2009heures\u200943 et 2\u2009heures\u200957.<br \/>Le renouvellement du mat\u00e9riel en service sur la relation Paris\u00a0\u2013 Boulogne va mettre en jeu 10 rames R\u00e9giolis B\u00a084500 hybrides bicourant-thermiques \u00e0 six caisses aptes \u00e0 160\u202fkm\/h, command\u00e9es par la SNCF (B\u00a084701\/84702-84717\/84718) offrant 269 places assises dont 35 en premi\u00e8re. Arborant une livr\u00e9e gris, bleu et vert, les premi\u00e8res livraisons ont eu lieu fin avril 2019 \u00e0 SPI avec les 84701\/84702-84705\/84706, permettant leur utilisation progressive \u00e0 la place des rames tract\u00e9es. Huit \u00e9l\u00e9ments ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s en juillet, une des fr\u00e9quences a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 Calais selon l\u2019horaire acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 suivant\u2009:<br \/>\u2013 2005 Paris-Nord 7\u2009h\u200931\u00a0\u2013 Boulo\u00adgne 10\u2009h\u200906\u00a0\u2013 Calais-Ville 10\u2009h\u200935\u2009;<br \/>\u2013 2022 Calais-Ville 12\u2009h\u200946\u00a0\u2013 Boulogne 13\u2009h\u200911\u00a0\u2013 Paris-Nord 15\u2009h\u200929.<br \/>Au 15\u202fd\u00e9cembre la nouvelle trame non augment\u00e9e en volume, s\u2019int\u00e9grant dans celle Paris\u00a0\u2013 Amiens existante, mais prolong\u00e9e en totalit\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Calais, apporte plusieurs modifications de sillons comme l\u2019indique le tableau page suivante qui pr\u00e9voit des gains de temps d\u00e9coulant du nouveau mat\u00e9riel tr\u00e8s performant. Ainsi Paris\u00a0\u2013 Amiens est couvert en 1\u2009heure\u200907 avec arr\u00eat syst\u00e9matique \u00e0 Longueau (1\u2009heure\u200906 voire 1\u2009heure\u200905 au retour), Paris\u00a0\u2013 Boulogne en 2\u2009heures\u200927 et Paris\u00a0\u2013 Calais en 3\u2009heures\u200903. Dans le sens nord\u00a0\u2013 sud Calais et Boulogne sont reli\u00e9s avec Paris en 2\u2009heures\u200953 et 2\u2009heures\u200921. Entre Amiens \u00e0 Boulogne la desserte continue \u00e0 faire halte \u00e0 Abbeville, Noyelles, Rue, Rang-du-Fliers et
